This waiver is for star of wonder on December 11th, 2022
Each snow hill participant needs to have a signed waiver. Only one waiver is required per family and/or guests (up to 6 per form). For those under the age of 18, the waiver needs to be signed by a parent/guardian.
You can also print and sign this waiver and bring it with you to the event. There will also be an option to sign the waiver in person at the event.
