We believe

Life change happens in relationship

There’s a seat at the table for you.

The Table” is a gathering for those in their 30s & 40s to connect with others, share a meal together, and build community, making this big church feel small. Whether you are single or married, have kids or are pet parents, we all desire to know and be known by our church family.

In our 30s and 40s, the busyness of life and work, the difficulty in finding others to connect with in our same life stage, or the complexity/cost of babysitters can be a roadblock to getting to know people in the church body. Building community in this life stage can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be.

These gatherings aim to foster conversations that connect us to the broader church body and to serve as a starting point for familiarity and friendship. Jesus said, “the world will know you are my disciples by your love for one another”, knowing each other will help us live that out. We believe that sharing a meal and intentional time together may be just the spark of connection many in our church are longing for and that it will ignite us, and this church, to burn even brighter for Jesus.

So join us at the table and invite others in this church body so that we may all strengthen our connection and love for each other by the Spirit and gospel that bonds us.

Day 1: Pray That They Will Know Jesus

Scripture to Read

“Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” John 17:3

Things to Remember

  1. Your greatest hope for your child is not simply that they are successful, safe, happy, or well behaved. It is that they know Jesus.
  2. You can teach them about God, bring them to church, and model faith for them, but only God can transform their heart.

Prayers to Pray

  1. Jesus, help them know You. Open their eyes to see who You are and draw them into a genuine relationship with You.
  2. Jesus, help them love You. May their faith become more than knowledge, tradition, or something inherited from our family.
  3. Jesus, help them follow You. Give them a lifelong desire to trust You, obey You, and walk with You.
