MORE THAN WE COULD IMAGINE

To read today: Romans 8:31-39

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all – how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.

Romans 8:32

It is beyond our imagination to comprehend the price Jesus paid for humanity. His is an expansive love, boundless and gracious. He cares about our minutia and will provide all the things that will grow our faith to reflect our life in Christ.

Sometimes unfair situations aren’t resolved on this side of glory, BUT God will justify everything. I know of an older man who worked with his brothers on a farm in Australia. They toiled, building roads and clearing land, but the older man worked the hardest. When the father died, the older man found he had been cut out of the will for no reason. Yet, he praised God through it all. He contracted polio and still praised God through it all. He never lamented the fact that he had been overlooked. However, God justified all things. The older man was healed from polio, lived a long life preaching the Word, and is now praising Jesus in Glory.

When you feel alone in difficult circumstances, God will give you all you need to get through them. If you think things are stacked against you today, God will eventually justify them according to His will. He has chosen you for such a time as this.
