We believe that baptism is an important step in declaring our faith. Baptism is a way for you to publicly display your devotion to a life of following Jesus. Baptism celebrates us being dead to sin and alive in Christ.
Baptism is a similar symbol to a wedding ring. If someone’s wedding ring falls off, that does not end their marriage! The ring is a symbol to the covenantal commitment two people have made to each other. In the same way, baptism is a symbol of the commitment and celebration you have in following Christ.
We hold baptisms throughout the year in multiple environments including the Worship Center, the middle school room, and the beach. If you are interested in learning more about baptism, contact Connor Johnson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
