LOVING YOUR GRANDCHILDREN THROUGH PRAYER
Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed. He will answer him from His holy heaven, with the saving strength of His right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.
Psalm 20:6-7

“Lord, please lead each of my grandchildren into a right relationship with You. Help them to put their trust in You and not the things of the world. Speak Your name over them and lead them to salvation in Jesus.”
Get down on your knees! Pray! Pray! Pray! Develop a prayer life with your grandchildren and for your grandchildren. If you’re not praying with or for your grandchildren, you probably don’t fully understand God’s calling on your life as a grandparent. Even if your relationship with your grandchildren is not good, you no longer have contact with them, or if spiritual conversations are not allowed, you must still pray. Pray your grandchildren will grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man. Pray for each grandchild by name before the Lord every single day. Be specific and relentless.
Reflection: Create a weekly prayer list through which you develop the discipline to pray for your children and grandchildren.
