FAQ
What is the last day to register for the retreat?
The last day to register is Friday, September 15th for the Women’s Retreat and Thursday, October 6th for the Men’s Retreat.
Can I set up a payment plan in order to pay for camp?
Yes! Please email adults@calvarywestlake.org in order to set up a payment plan. If you would like to set up a payment plan, you will not be able to register online, so please call us or email us to help you get registered.
How do I request a roommate?
On the registration form, you will have the option to indicate who you would like to room with at Hume Lake, even if that person has not yet registered. We will assign people to rooms based on those requests.
Even if it becomes sold out, can I get on a waitlist for the Deluxe room?
Yes. If Hume Lake offers us any more deluxe rooms, we will let you know by email if we can upgrade your room to a deluxe based on the waitlist. In order to be placed on the waitlist, you must fill out the form and pick a standard room.
Why should I register through Calvary instead of directly through the Hume Lake website?
The reason that we offer registration through our church is so that we can share rooms with others from our church instead of being randomly placed throughout camp. It also helps us be able to set up carpools and send out important Calvary-specific reminders to those signed up to attend a retreat. The cost is the same when registering through Calvary and Hume, but we recommend registering with Calvary’s to use our reserved spots!
