HSM Winter camp: January 14-17, 2022
WINTER CAMP REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR 2022
Winter camp FAQ
Every winter we have the opportunity to take students up to Hume Lake for winter camp. All students stay in comfortable lodge rooms with 9 other students and one trained, screened, background-checked adult leader who helps guide their group through the week and process what they are learning. Click here to learn more about our host for the week- Hume Lake Christian Camps.
We will meet at 8am on Friday, January 14.
We will return around 4-6pm on Monday January 17.
Winter Camp registration is open to current High School Students in the 9-12th grades.
The cost for camp is $321, or $310 if you pay by check or cash.

We will be following whatever the current protocols dictate at the time of camp in August. Our best guess is that masks will be required in situations that students are inside and unable to socially distance. We hope by the end of June to have more solid information regarding masks, testing, and Covid protocols, and we will be sure to communicate information clearly.

The short answer is no! While this camp is unapologetically a bible-based, Christian experience, we welcome all students to join us to ask serious question about faith and consider who Jesus is. Each year dozens of students who do not attend church come with us and find the experience fun, informative, and helpful in their own understanding of faith!
We focus on recreation, worship, and teaching, and we this platform to encourage students to take their next steps with Jesus.
Free time activities include sledding, ice-skating, broom hockey, mechanical bull, snowboard run, and the box-sled blitz.

Pre-arrival testing allows for minimal changes to the experience at camp.
One of the hardest parts of camp is when we have a guest test positive for COVID. Hume Lake’s Health team has some great protocols to minimize the spread of any sickness during Winter Camp. If a student or leader tests positive the following steps will happen:
