God has such an amazing plan for our lives.  He is determined to fulfill His purpose in our lives.  This is God’s assurance that He will walk with us through anything.  He has promised to be present and active, working through our lives.  This verse is not dealing so much with theology or philosophy, but more with the spiritual experience of the Christian believer.  Our God foreknew – preordained – conformed – created and assured our salvation. Our lives have God’s purpose written all over them because we belong to Him.  He not only loves us but is interested in how we live our lives.

Ephesians 3:11-12 “This was his eternal plan, which he carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord.  Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.”  We may struggle and suffer through the sin and shame of this world, but because we are followers of Christ, we will not be totally defeated.  There is purpose in every heartbeat!  Rest assured of this truth, we will be delivered from the struggling and suffering of this world!

Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  So many of our struggles could be solved if we had purpose and meaning in our lives.  God has a plan for us.  He wants what’s best for us.  He’s offered us the gift of hope through the person of Jesus Christ, and He has asked us to share that hope with others. 

Spend time with the Lord in prayer, thanking Him for your life and asking Him to direct your path.
