Conversation Café is more than just an English learning program—it’s a growing international community where people from many cultures and languages come together to connect, grow, and belong. We meet every Thursday at 5:30 PM, welcoming English learners of all levels to practice speaking with native English speakers in a relaxed and friendly environment. Most of our group speaks English, Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin, but we welcome everyone looking to improve their English and find a supportive community. Whether you’ve just moved to the U.S. or have been here for a while, we know the challenges of learning a new language and adjusting to a new culture. That’s why we’re here—to offer encouragement and friendship in a space where people can build meaningful relationships and grow together. Through everything we do each week, we want to be Christ’s light—believing that lives are transformed through relationships with God and with others.
Each week, we explore a different theme:
🥘 Food & Stories – Share a meal and life stories together
🗣️ Table Talks – Discuss meaningful topics and life questions
🎲 Game Nights – Learn through fun and laughter
📚 Educational Nights – Practical tips like “How would you say this?” in everyday situations

June 19, 4:00–7:00 PM. Join us at Conejo Creek North Park (1379 E Janss Rd, Thousand Oaks) for an evening of burgers, hot dogs, drinks, and great conversations. A relaxed outdoor gathering to enjoy food and connect with people from many backgrounds.
