What is Calvary Center Stage?

Calvary Center Stage is a theatre ministry for 2nd grade through High School students. The program’s mission is to be a place for youth to explore the arts, develop skills, enhance their faith, and use their creative talents, all while having a blast!

Children’s Choir: Kindergarten – 2nd Grade

The Children’s Choir is for students Kindergarten – 2nd Grade. They perform for special services and holiday services at Calvary Community Church. This is a great opportunity for young students to grow in their understanding and love for music and for Jesus.

Production: 3rd – 12th Grade

Every Spring, Calvary Center Stage produces a musical at Calvary Community Church. All children from 2nd through 12th grade are welcome to join. The production will be full of opportunities for your children to grow in faith, excel in their craft, and have some fun in the process!

Rehearsals for Disney’s Frozen, Jr. will take place on Mondays 6-8 pm, September-March with a four week hiatus in December and early January. Performances will be in late March.

Calvary Center Stage Videos

While the main focus of Calvary Center Stage has been its main stage productions, time has been devoted to developing the children’s skills in front of a camera. During the pandemic, it was an opportunity to keep the program alive. Many videos were galvanized by the main stage productions while others were inspired by worship songs and Scripture. Are you interested in helping out with the production?

We would love to talk to you! We would love to have your help with the production, whether you have years of industry experience or simply a passion for theater and for kids to grow in their faith.
