"I attended my first "Grief Share" meeting last night. To be honest, it literally took EVERYTHING I had to go. I was going... I wasn't. It was kinda like "The Grinch" playing in my head... "no! yes! no! YES! Grrr... Definitely NOT!" But after a nudge from my cousin, I decided to at least give it a try. As I got into my car... I could hear my children arguing and it was the perfect excuse to tell myself I needed to stay home (or runaway haha!). But, I pulled out of the driveway anyway. I was tempted at every intersection to make a u-turn and head back home. BUT, I made it there... and finally found the courage to get out of my car. The second I walked in, knew it was exactly where I needed to be."
