The Bibles below are a few examples of what Bibles might work for you or your child.
Beginning Readers
The Beginner’s Bible is where a child’s journey toward a lifelong love of God’s Word begins.
Pre-Readers
The New International Reader’s Version (NIrV) opens the door for new Bible readers of all ages and abilities to understand God’s Word. The NIrV is written at a third-grade reading level and based on the world’s most-read and trusted modern English translation, the New International Version.
Students
Study the stories and teachings of the Bible with verse-by-verse commentary. Gain wisdom from people in the Bible by exploring their accomplishments and learning from their mistakes. Survey the big picture of each book through overviews, vital statistics, outlines, and timelines, and grasp difficult concepts using in-text maps, charts, and diagrams.
Community
At Calvary, we believe that discipleship for kids is important. We have groups for kids starting at age 2 and going up through high school. In these groups, kids get to study the Bible and connect with kids their age.
Discipleship
We recommend the Parent Cue app for discipling your kids.
Develop your child’s character with expertise from childhood development leaders, educators, and real parents just like you. Build an everyday faith through fun Bible story videos, memory verses, prayers, and conversation prompts. Establish a lasting connection by making the most of the moments you already spend together at morning time, meal time, drive time, and bedtime.
