Options/COST

FULL WEEK

$375 per child

PARTIAL WEEK

Please note we do not offer single-day registration, and we cannot alter any of the days in the options listed below.
Due to counselor scheduling, there will be no prorating, fee reductions, or make-up days for absence/illness.

  • Monday/Friday: $220 per child
  • Tuesday/Thursday: $280 per child
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: $295 per child
  • Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: $315 per child

 

EXTENDED CARE

Camper must be pre-registered and paid for in advance. Please note that we do not offer a daily or hourly rate.
Extended Care costs $65 for AM or PM whether you use Extended Care for one or all days.

  • 7:00am-6:00pm daily  
  • $65 per week for AM or PM
  • $115 per week for AM and PM


Extended Care Late Pick-Up Fee:
There is a $10 late fee for every five (5) minutes late after 6:00pm. The supervisor’s watch will determine the time. The fee will be charged and is due immediately. PLEASE NOTE: Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department will be notified for children left after 6:30pm.

ADVENTURE CREW

Adventure Crew is a program designed to help 7th-10th graders have an opportunity to be a part of Adventure Weeks still. Our Adventure Crew helps in specific ways with counselors, such as assisting on field trips, modeling camp standards, leading games/activities, etc., while giving them the space to be campers throughout the week. Due to the costs of running camp, there is a weekly registration fee of $200 for Adventure Crew. Click HERE if your child is interested in applying.

SPECIAL ABILITIES AW+ and 1:1 BUDDY PROGRAM

We are implementing a new program this summer called Adventure Weeks Plus (AW+) in addition to our 1:1 buddy program. If your child has a special ability, you must fill out an intake form and then have a phone interview with our staff to determine which program is right for your child. Please note that this is the process for ANY child wanting to participate in our summer programs, even if they have attended in the past. Click HERE to fill out the intake form. 

Registration

REGISTRATION DEADLINE 

Registration for the upcoming week closes at 5:00pm the Sunday before the week begins or when week is full. Please understand that some weeks may close early to maintain safe staff-to-camper ratios. We cannot accept walk-ups for the weeks we have closed registration early.

WALK-UP FEE

If you miss the registration deadline, late registration will be walk-up only starting at 8:00am on Mondays only. There is a walk-up fee of $50 per child. Walk-ups are only allowed on Monday mornings for the week attending. Please note that walk-ups will not be accepted on weeks we have had to close registration early. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds offered for Adventure Weeks. Please make sure that the days you will be requiring camp are finalized at the time of registration. Your registration cannot be transferred to another person. Days are not transferable. Refunds or credits will not be given for missed days. 

If you have registered for a week and need to switch to another week, please submit a request via email by the Sunday before the week you need to change. We can switch camp weeks as long as space is available.
