HOLD LOVE WITH CARE
We have reached the best part of every romantic movie, Christmas family special, and love story! The moment when reunification happens and everyone cheers. There is a familiar swell in your heart, and the smile can’t be contained. We all love it!
At this point in the story, we see deep affection expressed in the joy of reunion. In family relationships and in marriage, love is called to be steady and dependable. Her pursuit led her back into the relationship she had longed for, and she knew the gift she had been given was one to cherish fiercely.
Relentlessly pursuing our family means being present, dependable, forgiving, and willing to grow in humility. Our role is to keep showing up, not to manipulate outcomes but to reflect on God’s faithful love. Our families may not always respond as we hope, and some relationships may remain complicated. Even so, choose grace. Love wisely. Offer kindness. Speak truth with grace. Seek reconciliation. Trust God with the results.
Prayer: Jesus, make my love for my family faithful, wise, and honoring to You. Help me pursue reconciliation without pressure, extend grace without enabling harm, and remain present with a sincere heart. Use me to bring healing and connection to any part of my family that needs it. Amen.
